DPD (UK)
For postcodes in our TG Courier collection zone - London and North West England - our drivers will collect your parcel. Otherwise DPD will collect.

If you are not able to print any of your documents, please get in touch and we will be happy to post hard copies to you.
DPD Saturday, 10.30am and 12pm services
Our DPD Saturday, 10.30am and 12pm services ship via our depot . You can drop off your consignment at one of our depots , book a collection from your door, or choose one of hundreds of DPD or UPS drop-off locations nationwide. Once your shipment has been delivered to our depot, we will process it and forward your parcel to its final destination via DPD.
We'll collect and ship from our depot same day for some collection postcodes. For all other postcodes, please add 1 extra working day for overnight delivery to our depot.
For Saturday delivery with DPD Saturday, your parcel must be collected on Friday for the above postcodes, and on Thursday for all others. Drop-offs at our depot must be made on Friday by 3pm. DPD may not hold parcels for Saturday delivery if they are collected earlier in the week.
Requirements for shipments to the EU
For shipments valued up to €150, you must be IOSS-registered to use this service when shipping to some EU countries, and will need to provide an IOSS number. Please refer to the tables below.
Shipments sent without IOSS registration where it is required will be returned to sender.
For shipments valued above €150, full country coverage is available regardless of IOSS registration.

Deliver Taxes Paid (DTP)
This service is available Delivered Taxes Paid (DTP) for EU destinations - which means the shipper pays for any customs fees and taxes rather than the recipient.
Shipments to Scandinavia
Parcels to Sweden and Finland will be delivered to DPD Pickup Shops local to your delivery address.
For parcels to Denmark and Norway, only one attempt will be made to deliver to the recipient's address. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be made available to collect at a local Pickup Shop the following day.
DPD Predict
For European deliveries, DPD offers the Predict service. If the recipient's mobile number is provided when booking through Megway Parcels, DPD will text them to announce a one-hour delivery window (e.g. 10am-11am). They will also receive an email.
Not at home? You can change the delivery day, reroute the parcel to the nearest DPD Pickup shop, or arrange to have it left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Size and Weight Restrictions
Restrictions may vary depending on the destination of your shipment. The following information is provided as a general guide:
- Maximum piece weight: 30kg
- Maximum length: 100cm (UK), 120cm (EU). 2nd longest side can't be over 76cm.
- Maximum size: 300cm girth*
Girth is calculated as follows: (sum of two smallest dimensions x 2) + longest dimension.
For example: for a parcel of dimensions 20 x 30 x 40cm:
(20 + 30) x 2 + 40 = 140cm
For drop-offs at DPD Pickup locations, the maximum allowable weight is 20kg and the maximum length is 0.5m.

Please note that surcharges on domestic (UK) deliveries are subject to VAT.
Prohibited & Restricted Items
- Personal effects are not permitted on this service.
- Liquids are not accepted on this service.
- Pallets and wooden crates/boxes are not accepted on this service.
- Suitcases are not accepted on this service.
- Jewellery and watches are not accepted on DPD services.
- This service cannot be used for returns or repairs.
- DPD are unable to deliver to Amazon for international shipments.

- Items should be packaged in boxes only, not jiffy bags, bubble wrap on its own, etc.
